Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Gamified Labs Inc., a company registered in Nova Scotia, Canada, collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our AI tools.
1. Information We Collect
We collect: account details you provide when you sign up, such as your name and email address; the content you submit to the tools, including room photos, property details, and the city and project inputs you enter; payment information, which is handled by our payment processor Stripe (we do not store your card numbers); communications you send us, including support requests and feedback; usage and analytics data about how you interact with the site and the tools; loyalty and rewards activity on your account. We also automatically collect technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: generate the outputs you request from the tools; process payments, credits, and your account; communicate with you about your runs, account updates, and support; operate the loyalty and rewards program; improve our services and user experience; send marketing communications (with your consent); analyse usage patterns; prevent fraud and keep the platform secure; and comply with our legal obligations.
3. AI Processing & Data Handling
The content you submit to a tool — photos, property details, city and project inputs — is processed by AI model providers on our behalf in order to generate your output. By running a tool, you consent to that processing. We protect your data in transit and at rest, and the providers we use are bound to use it only to provide the service to you. Outputs are generated for your use and are not shared with other customers. We do not use your data or content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the categories of processor needed to run the service: our cloud database and hosting provider; our payment processor, Stripe; the AI model providers that process submitted content to generate your outputs; and our analytics and email delivery providers. Each is bound to use your data only to provide the service to us and to you. We may also disclose information to professional advisors where necessary, or to law enforcement or government authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Your information is stored and processed on servers located in the United States, operated by our cloud infrastructure and AI model providers. This means your personal information is subject to the laws of the United States and may be accessible to US courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under those laws. We use providers that are contractually bound to protect your information to a standard comparable to that required under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA. By using the service, you consent to this cross-border transfer and processing.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include: encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256); secure access controls and authentication; regular security audits and vulnerability assessments; employee training on data protection; incident response procedures. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We keep your personal information while your account is active and for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Transaction records are kept for as long as our tax and legal obligations require. Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to those legal obligations.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: Right of Access - request a copy of your personal data; Right to Rectification - correct inaccurate or incomplete data; Right to Erasure - request deletion of your data; Right to Restrict Processing - limit how we use your data; Right to Data Portability - receive your data in a portable format; Right to Object - object to certain processing of your data; Right to Withdraw Consent - withdraw consent at any time. Essential cookies are required for the website to function properly. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
